The
IBVA Stereo Coherence system shows brainwaves for the left and right sides
of the brain plus 3D graphs displaying the coherence and relative coherence
between the sides. This system is often chosen by users investigating
alternative practices and psychic study. Also deep relaxation and Coherence
are critical for Peak Performance.
Originally developed for the Maharishi Institute,
the specialized Coherence model shows when brainwaves are synchronised.
Synchronisation means that the crests and throughs of the waves occur
simultaneously. Users experienced in forms of Transcendental meditation
or other energy skills have more ability to produce synchronised brainwaves.
A Coherence IBVA cannot be used as two individual
mono systems - the transmitters are specially modified and conjoined.
Therefore it only requires one stereo sensor band. The software is exactly
the same, however it is not available to PC users.
